Henry E. Aghina

Henry E. Aghina holds a master's degree in management from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. He began his professional career with the Florida Lottery, but his long-standing ambition was to build and lead his own enterprises.

Through determination, resilience, and a willingness to take risks, Mr. Aghina transformed that ambition into reality. He is now the owner of In Style Builders, where he has cultivated a strong passion for developing new, affordable homes across Florida. His work ethic and commitment to excellence continue to drive his success in the property development sector. In addition to his accomplishments as a builder and developer, Mr. Aghina expanded his entrepreneurial footprint in 2004 by establishing Miles Ahead, Inc., doing business as Myles Group Home.

He oversees the daily operations of two group homes—one in Homestead, Florida, and another in Lehigh Acres, Florida—providing essential care and support services to residents. Before these ventures, Mr. Aghina owned and operated several small businesses, including a party rental company, a full-service dry cleaner, and a dollar store. Although these early businesses ultimately closed, the challenges he faced during that period shaped his character and strengthened his resolve. Those experiences taught him invaluable lessons about perseverance, resilience, and the importance of never giving up on oneself or others. Today, Mr. Aghina is recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit, his dedication to community-focused services, and his unwavering commitment to building opportunities for others
